Does AliExpress offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on some of AliExpress’ products. You’ll be able to see if an item qualifies for free shipping when you’re on the product description page. With products that don’t have free shipping, you’ll be able to see how much it will cost when you get to the checkout.
How long does AliExpress shipping take?
You can choose from either standard shipping or premium shipping if you want your order to arrive faster. AliExpress standard shipping, on average, takes between 15-45 working days and premium shipping takes 7-15 working days. Premium shipping costs more money and the cost varies depending on the order.
Is AliExpress legit?
Yes, AliExpress is legit but the quality of service and the goods you receive are dependent on who you order from. AliExpress is a marketplace rather than a retailer, so you’re really ordering from a smaller retailer advertising on AliExpress. It's always best to follow the usual advice for online marketplaces when ordering from AliExpress, so be sure to read the feedback for the seller and avoid any deals that seem too good to be true.
Do I have to order in bulk?
No, this is one of the main differences between AliExpress and Alibaba. When purchasing from AliExpress you can order as many or as little of the item that you'd like with no minimum order value.
How do I contact AliExpress customer service?
AliExpress has an online live chat function that runs 24/7 so help is always at hand. To access it, head to the ‘Help Center’ page on the website. On this page, you’ll also find an FAQ section that may be able to answer your queries.
Does AliExpress offer any buyers protection?
To make customers feel more secure when shopping on their online marketplace, AliExpress offers customers protection with their Buyer Protection scheme. If there's anything wrong with your order then you first need to raise the issue with the seller. Then if no solution can be found, you then have 15 days to submit a request for a refund with AliExpress.
What is the AliExpress returns policy?
Some items at AliExpress have a free 15-day return policy, and you can see if this applies to an item on the product description page. You can return items for any reason within these 15 days as long as the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and any safety seals are intact.
What is AliExpress Spend & Save?
This program applies to specific products from predetermined stores and gives customers an increased discount depending on how much they choose to spend. This offer has a maximum discount limit per purchase but can still save you a few dollars off the usual price, especially if you're a regular shopper.

How to use AliExpress coupons
